Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 21 days via email@example.com or (01502) 717333.
Upon return of the item, we will refund you the cost provided that you have returned it within 28 days, the item has not been worn, and it is in the original condition and packaging.
We regret that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange earrings
We cannot refund or exchange bespoke or engraved items, or rings which have been specially sized
Refunds will be made to the same credit or debit card used to purchase the item
Postal charges are only refunded if the item is faulty or incorrect
We will aim to refund you as soon as possible and within 28 days
We advise that you return any items by special delivery as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of items
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Our jewellery is guaranteed for manufacturing errors for six months. Within this time, we will endeavour to repair the item, or we will exchange it if a repair is not possible.
We cannot accept responsibility if your jewellery is damaged as a result of wear and tear; however, we are happy to try to repair such damage for an appropriate charge.
