Sand
Inspired by the soft stretches of sand running in between our rough pebble beaches on the East coast, the undulating edge and textured surface of these rings instantly evokes the dunes.
To create this flowing shape and texture, each ring is hand carved in wax, and then individually cast into sand. If you have some special sand from a sentimental place you'd like adding to the casting mould, let us know! Jess can add it into the sand-casting mix and forge the memories of that place into your ring.
The rings shown here are a 3mm wide band, a 5mm wide band and a 6mm wide band, all made in recycled silver. The 5mm ring is polished, and the two others are matte.

Jess can make these rings using silver or gold. We use recycled silver and either recycled or Single Mine Origin gold, or you can supply your own sentimental/inherited/scrap metal. The rings can be made any width you like, and you can choose whether you want the inside and outside matte or polished.
